Store Policies

Customized products are not eligible to be returned or exchanged due to the customization involved. This includes any items such as mugs, leggings, capris, shorts, etc. that are SAG Wagon branded and are proprietary to SAG Wagon. Personalized/custom tees, tanks, etc. take about two weeks to receive. Expedited shipping will apply AFTER the item has been made. We generally run ahead of schedule, but sometimes it can take up to two weeks before we ship.  

If you purchase any  products that are not personalized or customized and are not SAG Wagon proprietary (such as MiamiFitwear, Terez, 925fit, Headbands of Hope, etc.) and you discover that it doesn't fit or it isn't as described, you are welcome to send that item back to us for a refund of the product cost or exchange for a different size (if we have it in stock).
